We request payment at the time of treatment, but we can bill direct for Blue Cross, Veterans with DVA, Chamber of Commerce, Cowen, Great-West Life, Industrial Alliance,Johnson Inc, Manulife, Maximum Benifit. Standard Life, Sunlife and many others. We accept cash, debit, Visa, Master Card and e-transfer.

Your appointment time is booked and held for you, if you cannot make it, please let us know. We maintain an active cancellation list for those who need in sooner then available times. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations and a late cancel or “No Show” will be subject to a fee of  100% of the appointment fee.
