If you do not show up for your appointment or do not give us 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of the treatment booked.

Cancelling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or failure to show up with the intention of paying with a gift certificate will result in forfeiting the gift certificate.

Please understand that we only get paid for treatments provided, so missed appointments are costly and prevent us from seeing other clients. We will NOT bill your health insurance for missed appointments, YOU are responsible for those charges.

We recognize that no one is perfect and there are things that are out of yours and our control; such as bad weather, illness and family emergencies; we may make exceptions for these occasions. If the weather is bad, we may not be able to make it in either, stay safe.

If you are late for your appointment your appointment will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged the full amount.

COVID-19 considerations, if you have any signs or symptoms of Covid-19, you must immediately cancel your appointment and call 811. Please do not book an appointment if you have been told to self-isolate or if you have been out of the Atlantic provinces within the previous 2 weeks. Please check the Health PEI website for a list of symptoms.
